- Stickers & Sustainability -
Can the stickers be colored in using markers / pens / colored pencils ?
• Color pencils are recommended
• Markers can be used - but due to the sticker material, it's best to only use them lightly. (if several layers of marker are used, the sticker material may become faded / thin)
Are the stickers waterproof ?
• The stickers are not waterproof - They have the texture of regular paper
(this allows them to be colored in easily, and to be easily recycled!)

Are these really eco-friendly / sustainable ?

• The stickers & the lining page* are both curbside recyclable, (with paper recycling)
(*The lining page is often referred to as the 'carrier sheet' - for context, it's that blank non-stick surface that stickers arrive on)
• Stickers are created from 100% recycled material

Understandable - I often refer to myself as someone with "eco-anxiety"
"100% sustainable" would involve every tiny aspect - including things such as shipping, the vehicle used to deliver the packages, and the energy used to create the products.
The goal is to create items that are as sustainable as possible - then work towards ensuring every element involved either meets standards, or is en route to doing so.
Recognizing the sourcing of each item is cricual -
Even products considered eco-friendly (such as paper) still require resources to create,
but we intentionally collaborate with manufacturers who utilize recycled materials + FSC-certified paper.
• When new levels of sustainability emerge - please know the products on this website will incorporate those practices!

What shipping options are available ?
Stamped Envelope -
• Since stickers are small, the lowest-cost method is to send them via USPS -
(please note, this option does not include a tracking number)
• Stickers are sent same-day if order is placed before 11am EST
UPS - 2-Day Shipping -
• Comes with a tracking number
• Stickers are sent same-day if order is placed before 11am EST
(*Please note - Since orders are sent out quickly, once a shipping method has been selected, there's only a small window of time where the chosen method can be changed. If this happens to you, please reach out to info@ecoechoemporium.com as soon as possible!)
Do you ship internationally ?
• At the moment, we're only shipping within the US for environmental reasons - but for larger / wholesale orders, we are able to make an exception

Is Gift-Wrap available ?
If you'd like the stickers to arrive in a small box, perfect for gifting -

Why aren't orders automatically sent in a gift box ?
For sustainability :)
Wanted to make sure that everyone is able to receive exactly what they're looking for - including those who are using the stickers to decorate their gifts/envelopes/etc (and wouldn't require additional packaging)
Is the shipping material also eco-friendly / sustainable ?
Yes!
All packaging + shipping materials are also curbside-recyclable with paper :)
(made sure to find lightweight envelopes to save on shipping cost,
while also making sure the envelopes were strong + durable enough to ensure your order arrives safely!)

What to do if the incorrect address was entered ?

• Orders are either shipped same-day, or the following day - Once an order is in transit, no changes to the address can be made
Can changes be made to an order once it's placed ?
Maybe!
This would depend on when the order was placed -
• Orders are either shipped same-day, or the following day - Once your order is in transit, we aren't able to make changes to what's been sent
• Even if your order has already shipped, let's chat about the details (info@ecoechoemporium.com) -
(We may be able to remove additional packaging so you can combine both parts once they arrive, or find similar solutions)

What do to if an order arrives damaged ?
• As this is a small shop, we kindly request that any damages or missing items are reported within 10 days of receiving your order
• Please take images of the outer packaging, order contents, and send to info@echoecoemporium.com

What do to if the incorrect items were sent ?
To ensure quality, and to prevent this from happening, each order is carefully inspected + photographed before being sent out!
• However - if this has happened to your order, please reach out within 10 days of receiving the delivery ( with an image of what you received in error, sent to info@echoecoemporium.com )
